- Adam Stevens Added March 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is ridiculously hard to cancel a 'no commitment' membership as they make you go in to the gym inside office hours to cancel. I originally joined as I work long hours and could workout outside of hours. Due to increased work it I could not get there and it was not possible to go inside office hours to cancel it. I called and attempted to cancel but I was informed there was nothing they could do. Ended up costing me an extra $104 as I was not able to get in to weeks later.
To add insult, after finally being able to go in to cancel it, they just sent me another membership fee.
Do not use this chain of gyms!
