  The worst company to rent from, there should be a zero star option. The units are lipstick on a pig. Poorly ‘remodeled’ and full of mold! The company does not reply to Maintence issues. We picked a gated community which has been broken into several times. It’s not secure.
  
  The property owners are unresponsive and try to push messages thru their property manager who treats tenants like they’re in dorm rooms.
  
  Horribly overpriced stay away!

  Horrible experience renting here. Had a HUGE roach problem for over 4 months! It took over 2 months to get a treatment that was spraying raid! Not to mention while I was working from home during the time of spray! After that took 2 more months to fix this issue!!
  
  On top of that! They are sure not attentive when it comes to your living conditions. BUT they are quick to slap you with a $200 charge if you are 1 day late. And don't worry you rent from these people. But you will not get a email, call , text letter or anything to let you know of these charges.
  
  During a pandemic and the unemployment rates at all time highs, this company decides to make their money in a unethical fashion!
